Registration Guidelines

  1. Please follow the procedures and rules of the Registration Guidelines to complete registration. Important Dates:
    •  Please log into the Academic Information System/New Student Enrollment to complete New Student Enrollment Procedures before August 21
    • Course selection system will be open during the following dates:
      • from August 13 to 18
      • from August 27 to 31
      • from September 10 to 28 (Add and Drop)

Selection Time: from 12:00 noon to the following morning 9:00am(system maintenance and random selection will be held from 9:00-12:00)

    • Please pay your tuition fee from August 25 to September 14. The credit fee bill for the graduate students should be paid later from October 16 to 23.
    • You can move into the dorm at the following date:
      • Graduate students: September 1
      • Undergraduate students: September 6~ September 7
    • Orientation: September 9th, 13:00-17:00, Room 245, 2F, Learning Resource Center( Macronix Building)
    • Graduate Students Laboratory Safety Training: September 10, 09:00~12:00; 14:00-17:00、Place: Room 168,1F Administration Building.
    • On the spot Registration Day:
      • Undergraduate students: September 10 at Room 109, 1F, Administration Building
      • Undergraduate IBP students: September 10 at the Gymnasium
      • Graduate students: September 11 at the Gymnasium.
    • Classes start from September 14, Monday.
  1.  Instructions to complete on-line registration on the “New Student Enrollment system”: This system is available from August 10 to 21. Please refer to the Academic Information System ( complete the required procedures. When you log in, please use the following username and password:
    • Username: your student ID number
      Password: Student ID No.(last 6 digits)+your birthday(MMDD)
      Ex. your student ID is 109123456 your birthday: 0131(MMDD)
      your default password will be “1234560131”
  2.  The “Must-Complete” items are: Personal information, Self-Health Assessment, Performance in English Proficiency Examinations, Demographics Survey, Online Lecture &Test(Graduates Only), Health Examination and Bank Account Key-in. All new students must complete these items.
  3. The items, such as Accounts Application, Tuition Bill Download, Tuition Detail List, Photo upload- Application of NTHU student ID card for foreign students, and Credits Exempted, can be downloaded or printed out when necessary.
