Tuition Payment

  1. Open an Account at E.Sun Commercial Bank,  Mega Commercial Bank or the Post Office:If you have got the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), please open an account at E.Sun Commercial Bank or Mega Commercial Bank or Post Office if you do not have any of these accounts. Those who do not hold an ARC, please open an account at any of the three institutions after you obtain the ARC.
  2. Log in to Your Account on the Academic Information System:Please refer to the Academic Information System (https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/index.php?lang=english) to input your account at E.Sun Commercial Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank, or the Post Office so that we can transfer scholarship, fellowship, dormitory deposit, etc. to you, when necessary.
  3. Tuition Payments
    • Payment period:from August 25 to September 14, 2020

    • Six Ways to Pay Your Tuition Bill:
      • By cash
        With the bill and cash, pay it at the counter of Bank of Taiwan or Mega Commercial Bank. (Any branch)
      • By ATM Transfer
        You will be charged with NT$15. If you have a Bank of Taiwan ATM card, the charge will be waived. Please keep the receipt for record after transferring.
        ATM Transfer Steps:
        Insert ATM card→Key In Password→Select “Other Services”→Select “ATM Transfer”→Key in Taiwan Bank Code Number [004]; if you use Bank of Taiwan ATM Card, please select [Another Transfer Account]→Key in the 【Cancel A/C No.】→Key in the 【Amount Due】→OK
      • By Web ATM
        You will be charged with NT$5. If you have a Bank of Taiwan ATM card, the charge will be waived. (Note: Please check if your transfer date is successfully shown on the website at https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/index.php?lang=english 2 days later).
      • By Mega Commercial Bank Delegation
        You can download a delegation form on the website at https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/index.php?lang=english and submit it to the counter at the Bank before September 1. Please deposit enough amount of money to be withdrawn before September 8 so that the bank can process it successfully. For international students, you can pay in this way from the 2nd semester.
      • By 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life and OK-Mart Transfer
      • By Taiwan Pay App. (Charges Free)
        Use Taiwan Pay App to scan QR Code of Taiwan Pay to pay the fee.
    • With the bill and cash, pay it at 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life or OK- Mart. They will charge you with NT$0.
    • Please keep the receipt for record and check if your transfer date is successfully shown on the website at https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/index.php?lang=english 5 days later.
  4. Overdue payment

The tuition payment day is due on September 14. Be sure to make the payment before the deadline. If you don’t, you can still download and print the bill online, but only pay by cash at the counter of Mega bank next to the Division of Cashier or transfer by ATM. Please do not pay the tuition if you apply for deferral of admission. In accordance with the Regulations 10, Students shall make the tuition and fee payments on or before the day when each semester starts (the exact date is published in the academic calendar of the university). A student is deemed to have completed the registration process when s/he completes the tuition and fee payments. Student who fails to complete the registration process within five days (starting from the second day of the beginning of the semester) shall apply for late registration. The period of late registration shall be two weeks after the semester starts. Student who fails to complete the registration process after the late registration period ends, shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the university unless s/he makes an application for and is approved to further postpone her/his payments.
